Defective Products and Warranty Claims
There is a 30-day Defective Product and Warranty Claim period.
If a defect is claimed outside our return policy, but is still within the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly to process your claim. We will try and assist you with a claim made to the manufacturer, however we have no say in the decisions of the manufacturers.
We are not responsible for any labor or costs that occur as the result of the installation or removal of wrong or defective parts.
We are not responsible for any labor or costs that occur as the result of the installation or removal of a warranted part.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing errors are not the responsibility of Hot Rides LLC. If a pricing error occurs prior to shipment, the transaction will either be refunded in full or the customer will be given the opportunity to pay the correct price.
All New Jersey residents are subject to a 7% sales tax on all merchandise purchased through Hot Rides LLC. Shipping costs are also taxable.
